Final about the Dust Collector

It took a while, but the folks at Woodstock International stuck to their committment to make things right, and it is now right. It is a powerful unit at a reasonable price. If it had been right first off, I would consider five stars for the machine, because it does perform well. If you need this much air flow, it is a good unit. What's even better, if you have problems, they will get them fixed.

After two weeks of screwing around with tech support, they finally sent me a new motor and impeller. It was packed so poorly, I found it hard to believe. What I found easy to believe was how beat up the thing was inside the box. I would not reccomend this or any other Shop Fox item. Their support is slow, inadequate, and not reliable. I am going to pursue a refund.
